The booking process was quite simple and seamless. Wandia was available to answer any queries.
Mebo and Sarah (housekeeping) were very warm and hospitable. They made very delicious meals without needing much instructions. The rooms were spacious and clean. The view of the lake is to die for. Its such an awesome place to relax. Would definitely visit again. The fire place was a great place to relax in the evenings especially with children.
The rooms were very cold especially the one closer to the kitchen. However they provided a hot water bottle that helped a little. The shower on the same side also didn't have running water due to a pumping issue.
Network can be an issue however this can be a pro or con depending on why you are on vacation.

the view of from the property was spectacular and the rooms were cozy.
The staff was very friendly and helpful which we really appreciated.
The location of the property is described as Naivasha however it is not in Naivasha it is in Kinangop. Therefore a bit far off than we had wanted.
We couldn’t get the Wi-Fi working which made working difficult during our stay.
