Unreliable host

This is the third time I have been let down by this host - I arrived after a six hour drive to find the apartment had not been serviced since the last guest had left - there was rubbish everywhere, used bedding, unclean bathroom and used towels, toilet was disgusting and hadn’t been flushed. When I called Your Stays they said they couldn’t get a cleaner so wanted to cancel my booking! This was late afternoon on Sunday and I had nowhere else to go, so ended up cleaning the apartment myself and changing the bedding and towels.

Third time I have been let down, will never use them again (first time they cancelled due to bed bugs, second time they moved me to another property in Stoke because the previous guest had trashed the apartment).

Good location, shame about a few minor issues.

The property is in a great location, spacious apartment with plenty of glasses, plates, cutlery etc.

The apartment was unbearably hot, I contacted the host who replied quickly to get a fan sorted for me, however I never heard back from them during my stay, on my final night I decided to leave early as I couldn’t bear another night. Multiple plates, cutlery and glasses were dirty on arrival. Parking was difficult, unless you go to the car park opposite which charges 24/7 - it cost me an extra £75 during my stay. Also be warned, you will be asked to pay £500 deposit or a non refundable extra £30 on top of your stay!

Amazing stay on Antrobus Street

The apartment is very conveniently located, and we were able to walk everywhere. The interior looks really modern, clean and beautiful, with lots of attention to detail, and great facilities. My nine year old kept telling me the bed was so comfortable, and he wouldn't mind moving into this apartment permanently :)

Good, afforable clean apartment close to parking.

The apartment was reasonably appointed. Flooring and appliances fairly modern and in good condition.

The stairs are steep and narrow, not friendly for those with mobility issues. Some might find it difficult to carry a large heavy suitcase up the stairs.

An apartment I’d love to stay in again, with hosts where nothing was too much trouble!

Location was great, walking distance to local shops and bars. Easy to find via the check in details. The apartment was immaculate throughout, clean and spotless. The furnishings were comfortable and very stylish! Nice touches were added such as complimentary biscuits and tea, coffee etc. YourStays were very responsive, answered all my questions quickly and were super friendly - I’ll definitely be staying again in the future!

Rubbish don’t book

Nothing - they allow drug dealers to operate from the apartment below. Don’t book this apartment if you want to actually relax and sleep

Fantastic stay at Deluxe apartment in Congleton

the flat was very high spec with a fantastic kitchen / living room, nicely decorated and very impressive mood lighting. It was split into a raised area for the living room with the step up lit and if you got up in the night that step light came on by sensor lighting. The bed was super comfy with crisp white bedding and the shower in the bathroom was roomy with easy jet and water temp control. Lovely thick towels and expensive shower gel and shampoo supplied. Individual long life milk pods in fridge when we got there and also complimentary packs of yummy biscuits. Good location: there is a convenience store opposite the top of the street and a Chinese Takeaway and chip shop on the same street. We had a beautiful Chinese take-away during our stay. You can take a short cut through the park opposite the apartment that gets you into the centre of Congleton's main street 😀

There was nothing I would change. I would definitely book there again 😀

Responsive helpful hosts. Clean well presented modern flat. Well equipped kitchen. Good facilities.

Location easy access to Congleton village by foot. Short drive to surrounding attractions (Castaway theme park for kids). Kids also made full use of youtube kids and netflix provided.

Parking - although instructions clear. It was always a bit of a gamble whether you'll get the free street parking. Had to park further down the road for free parking.

We had a fantastic 5 days staying at this apartment it was absolutely spotless and had everything you need for a self-catering stay. The shower was lovely and the led lights in the ceiling are a great touch it's a very modern apartment. The location couldn't have been better only 2 minute walk into the town with plenty of cafes, restaurants, pubs, etc. Would definitely recommend it and will certainly be back again.

Stunning apartment, great host and we highly recommend!

This apartment was gorgeous! Very stylishly decorated and warm, with some lovely feature lights in the living room ceiling. Also, location was superb, being only a short 2 min walk from Bridge Street, which is the high street. Parking was ok, we were able to get a space outside the apartment on the road, but other times we parked on the pay and display car park opposite, which we find very convenient.

advertised with washer/dryer and supplies (was only washer with no detergent and no instructions), book needs updating, shower needs mat inside and out ( was extremely slippery) and shelves inside for bath products, half the mugs were cracked, at least 1 extra duvet and garbage bag would have been nice

Apartment was easily accessible...facilities in apartment were excellent and loved the decor and how comfortable and relaxing it was..well worth the money and would defo stay here again...staff were always on hand and replied to my emails and messages promptly!!! Location was great everything you could want on your door step...so close to bar and great restaurants 👍

The shower didn't stay hot for a long time but it wasn't really an issue was still warm..bed was a little small for us as it was a double I believe but that's only cos we are used to being in a king-size bed ;) can't really fault the apartment tbh
