Recently enjoyed a week in Agios Stefanos, a lovely port with great bars / restaurants and plenty of options available for boat trips to explore Corfu. Our villa was in a good location, about 10-15 minute walk to the port.
We did find the villa quite tired in places and I`m not sure it was worth the money in comparison to other holidays we`ve been on. Last year we stayed at a 5*, all inclusive in Crete. Taking into account flights, a hire car (a must!), local taxes, meals and excursions out, Corfu was by far the more expensive. The air con is very effective in the villa but it`s only in the bedrooms, not the living area. In extreme heat please also expect power cuts. Directions to the Villa were very good until about 300M out when signage is lacking and the roads approaching the villa are dreadful. Would recommend a 4x4! Overall we did enjoy our stay and would return, but I think we`d seek an alternative villa or a hotel.

Second time staying here. Love the location. The pool is fab. We love the easy walk into San Stef.
Only got cleaned once in 8 nights. The villa is expensive for a basic villa and limited equipment in kitchen. Some parts a little tired- nothing upgraded since our stay a year ago. The main bedroom is small and the downstairs bathroom is shabby, squashed with a washing machine in it.

Had no problem finding the villa was sign posted from the main road
The pool (heated) was a perfect temperature
The villa is the last one on the road so was nice not having cars going past or people coming past
The villa and pool was very clean (pool man came one morning and was nice and polite)
Owners were easy to reach with any questions
Guaranteed parking
Bed was very comfortable
Not the fault of villa but us - we didn’t realise the key could not be kept inside whilst in the pool because the door auto locks (but the owners got back to us very quickly for the spare key location)
