The keys were left in a key safe with the host sharing the code via Whatsapp prior to our arrival, The Chalet was clean and well equipped, with 5 bed rooms and 3 bathrooms which worked well for us as a party of 3 families. A nice touch was the small welcome hamper of wine and crisps along side lots of useful items for cooking such as salt, coffee pods, spices and sugar etc. The chalet is located a short walk from town which is easy if you use the lifts to the main streets and the Petit Train to get across town - this was especially useful when ion ski boots etc.
The chalet was very warm even with the thermostat turned down and the windows open, (however this is better than it been cold).

Chrissie was amazing from booking and all the way through the stay. location is close to the SM lift accessed by a close elevator. The property is large and extremely well maintained with all the appliances you could need. Great boot room, boot warmers and a drying cupboard are wonderful touches . We loved staying there
