Luxury 3BR Villa w Plunge Pool near SM Batangas City- Instagram-Worthy!

The house smelled really good and impressively clean. It was surprisingly very spacious as well. Everything was provided for, we didn’t have to worry about anything. Malapit din sya sa mga stores and SM, so basically, maganda ung location nya. We will definitely book this place again for summer!

The property looked the same as the photos - cozy and clean. It’s got all standard necessities needed for an Air BNB type accomodation. It’s got board games great to use especially for a family bonding time. The bathrooms are very clean and modern. The house has very homey feel. Air fresheners are a nice touch. The owners are very welcoming and have patiently explained how things work in the property.

1. “Misleading” location of the property - The property is NOT that near to SM City Batangas. As I am not from the area, I thought the title “luxury villa near SM city batangas” means it’s next to the mall and you can literally can walk. It actually isn’t. It’s too far from the mall- with the traffic, you have to travel by car between 15-25 minutes. 2. Parking is too small to fit a Van. There’s no space to open the doors as you park your car inside. 3. As it is in the middle of residential area, you do not have control of what the neighbours are doing. We woke up at 730am in the morning from the neighbour singing karaoke, with speakers blaring. 4. Toilets are very small and bathrooms are space tight. My 6 foot son found it difficult to shower. The toilets are very squashed and not comfortable for seniors and people with long legs or bigger frames.

Everything is well organized.

It was homey, clean sheets and blankets, the pool was very handy. And the airconditioning was great. The advanced tech toilet. Had a good general staycation experience. The cake was delicious.

I have been trying to contact the property multiple times during the day. No answer to my calls and messages. Normally if I have a booking in a hotel, the owner sends a message. I got an automated one, so I had a bad feeling that maybe they havent seen my reservation(since it was a sudden booking). Soo tried to call- no answer, even messages sent thru booking.com. Just for context (I had a surprise intimate gathering arranged at 5 pm). STILL NO ONE WAS THERE TO LET US IN at 5 pm. Called multiple times on their phone, finally someone answered. They didnt know of the reservation apparently (intially questioned our booking- despite having receipts). Apparently their app had an update, so they couldnt see our reservation. So when it was validated that we had a legit reservation, the pin for the door was NOT WORKING. They had to send in another personnel - to fix the door, this process let alone took atleast almost half an hour, considering it was a booking for 15 pax. That was an uncomfortable wait outside of the vicinity. Now they gave us a cake for compensation. At the end of our reservation, they reminded us again about check out, which I find eerie. I kind of felt we were robbed of time, interms of check in- and now they didnt even consider to give us atleast half an hour to vacate (off time). Thats just my opinion.
