Apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony - jest dosłownie WSZYSTKO: zmywarka, mnóstwo talerzy (a nie po jednym na osobę jak czasem bywa), garnki, patelnie, sprawna płyta indukcyjna, piekarnik, mikrofala, cicha lodówka, toster do grzanek i super ekspres do kawy. Jest nawet pralka, odkurzacz i żelazko, jakby ktoś potrzebował. Nie znalazłem jedynie podstawek do jajek na miękko ale mogłem źle szukać. Ale była nawet wyciskarka do czosnku. Pokoje rozplanowane fajnie - sypialnia dla rodziców i pokój z dwoma łóżkami dla dzieci + salon z dużą sofą, fotelami i dużym, nowoczesnym telewizorem. Nie ma ogromnych przestrzeni ale na 4 osobową rodzinę w sam raz. Drugie piętro, widok na góry i Nową Osadę w oddali. Miejsce parkingowe na zewnątrz ale zaraz koło wejścia do bloku.
Lokalizacja nieco na uboczu, bez samochodu raczej się nie obejdzie. W pobliżu Żabka, do centrum dłuższy spacer. Mieszkanie jest w bloku, więc sąsiadów z góry dołu i boku czasem słychać (szczególnie jak są ze szczekającym psem).
