The house is nice and clean. The kitchen and the dining area were great. The beds are very comfortable.
Sauna and billiard were very nice additions.
The leaving room is very small and the house is a bit cold.

The apartment is basically brand new with great surroundings (only neighbours are the other apartments). It is well equipped and spacious, it has a (bit janky, but overall fine) pool table and a 4 seater sauna. And lights, the lighting is very nice!
The host arranged a tractor with plow to clear the snow for us just before we left.
The build quality of the apartment is sometimes sloppy, this is most likely due to the builders not taking care sometimes, but no huge issue arose. Some small issues: water flows out from the main floor shower because there is no slope to the drain, some floorboard edges are put up with copious amounts of silicone and there are no holders for amenities in the showers.
The apartment is at the end of a long (~200 meters) sloped driveway, after heavy snowfall you might need 4 wheel drive or tyre chains to get up to the street.
