The proximity is great, not too far from downtown and many eateries available within walking distance. We found out at least 5 such places and they are great and friendly at affordable cost and quality food as well. There is also at least a bank, and grocery stores within fair walking distance. The space is equally neat.
Nothing really except the payment discrepancy which on my opinion may be due to conflicting information sharing between the owner, myself and the booking agent. Also, the host sent me a message prior to arrival to cancel the last day out of the confirmed number of days due to high demands, that was highly disturbing. Also suggested for us to look for another place on the day of arrival for a foreign visitor due to discrepancies of cost. That was not at all welcoming. I would have rated 5 out 5 except for the cost discrepancies.
