Toilet terpisah dgn tmpt mandi... Ruang sgt kecil klau nk buang hajat besar😁😬... Klau big size mcm susah sikit kot sbb pintu betul2 sebelah peha😬😬... 1 lgi.. Tiada alas kaki... Lantai basah setiap kali guna toilet😅😅

Our stay was truly wonderful. The property was spacious and very comfortable for our family of four (2 adults and 2 children). The cleanliness exceeded our expectations. The bedsheets, pillows, and blankets were exceptionally clean and smelled fresh, making our stay even more comfortable. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable and having Netflix available was a huge bonus. It kept my children entertained while we waited for their squash matches, which made our trip much more enjoyable. One feature that I especially appreciated was the availability of an iron and ironing board. This may seem like a small detail, but not every hotel, homestay or accommodation provides these essentials. It was incredibly convenient, especially when preparing for the squash tournament. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and will definitely stay here again. I would also be happy to recommend this property to my squash community if they are looking for comfortable and well-equipped accommodation. Thank you for the excellent hospitality!

As a small suggestion for future improvement, you may consider installing a simple filtered water system at the pantry or kitchen sink or perhaps providing a Cuckoo or Coway water dispenser. It would certainly be a wonderful added convenience, especially for guests staying for a longer period. That said, this was not an issue for us, as there is a Bila-Bila Mart conveniently located downstairs where we could easily purchase bottled mineral water whenever needed. Overall, having access to filtered drinking water would simply be an added bonus that could make an already excellent stay even more comfortable for long-term guests.

Apartment was huge it was clean and was well located

Only one towel provided per person. No hand towels for the bathrooms so the one towel provided was to do for everything ie dry hands hair etc No soap provided in the bathrooms either so nothing to wash or dry hands with we had to buy this ourselves

We had 2 units - MK2 #28-08 and MK3 #36-08. There were 2 cockroches in #28-08 lower flr toilet. The toilets smell - mouldy. #36-08 air con were all in poor condition. Not cold, cannot even cool the room despite leaving it on for a few hours and had to call for maintanence help. Problem solved only for a day. MK3 #36-08 has only one shower though 2 toilets. The shower have no shower curtain and after each shower, the whole sink area will be wet , posing a danger to slip and fall. Bathroom tiles were dirty, and sparsely furnished. Checked in only to find the trash bin full with perishable from previous tenant
