Walking distance to a Walmart. Our own pool and then there was a community pool. Very spacious!!
The community is very small. Even though there are signs posted to not park on the street others tend to not pay attention to them. When parking in the garage it was very difficult with a van. Owner had extra items in there that we had to move in order to part in the garage. And unfortunately the garage is a little tight for parking a van.

Very comfortable location, clean
I rented a house with a pool and barbecue, ok! After being in the house and having already paid our rent, we were charged to use the pool, heat it and also to use the barbecue? This was already in the house rent! We don't like this way of management! If you rent a house with a pool and barbecue, you have already paid for it, right? This needs to be changed.
