Da localização e da cama com edredons
Ar condicionado quebrado, estava funcionando mas a parede com mofo, chuveiro não esquenta direito, falta de espelho para se ver por completo, mofo no banheiro e janelas do banheiro, por ser duplex a escada não me passava segurança

Localização e edição interno. Apartamentos bem confortáveis.
Ja sou cliente ha tempo. Atualmente. Falta manutenção e cuidados. Paredes, sofas; até móveis necessitando de manutenção. A última vez a fechadura eletrônica estava com defeito. Na penúltima vez o ar refrigerado estava enguiçado. Em ambas as ocasiões me fizeram um upgrade. Mas são situações que seriam facilmente evitada, além da manutenção geral dos apartamentos que vem decaindo, como a do prédio.

O prédio e o apartamento é muito mal cuidado. Lençóis com furo. Mofo. Um pouco sujo. Área externa muito antiga l. Sofá sujo e com furo.
