Localização privilegiada, comércio perto, sendo possível chegar em bons restaurantes à pé. Prédio com instalações novas, 3 elevadores, portaria 24hs, boas vagas de garagem. Cama confortável, chuveiro gostoso.
O guarda corpo do andar superior é muito ruim, baixo e com vãos grandes que causam uma sensação ruim de insegurança, não indico para famílias com criança pequena, dá medo! Limpeza deixa a desejar, não deixaram saco de lixo reserva pra uma estadia de 5 dias. A descarga estava disparada e incomodava pra dormir, o ar dá uns estalos horríveis de madrugada, parecia que o teto estava rachando.

Staff is kind but given the management of rentals and the building are separate it isn't always helpful
