we love the location. It was the 4th time we stayed in the complex but the first time in 44D.
The bed mattress had a plastic bag on in and no mattress pad, just a cheap sheet. The bathroom faucet barely ran water. Another frustration was the Tv/cable. It was hard to get it to work and the tv was the size of a computer monitor. It all needed updated. we will not stay in this unit again.

This was an excellent choice. The location was great. Very beautiful dock onto the water. The apartment was very clean. The kitchen was well appointed. Using the code system made it very easy to get in and I was not worried about losing the key.
My only suggestion would be to have cotton versus polyester sheets on the bed. The linens could be of higher quality.

Very well furnished and equipped.
The taste of the design is high. Simple and beautiful - reflects good taste
The kitchen is new and clean. All you may need was there.

The people in charge are unreasonably inflexible
We requested a check-in one or two hours earlier due to flight times and health issues. The answer is firmly and repeatedly: NO!
We requested just one or two hours late checkout because of similar issues. The answer is still firmly: NO!
There is no reason for this illogical unyielding: The facility can be prepared for new guests in an hour or two at most.
The need to be more lenient and consider infrequent guests' special conditions. We did not ask much
