A localização é excelente, com acesso direto ao lago por um deck para curtir a vista ou andar de caiaque e stand-up paddle. Fica numa rua tranquila, sem saída, mas com fácil acesso à Barra do Ibiraquera. Em uns 30 minutos você também pode chegar à Praia do Rosa. A casa é minimalista, mas bem equipada e super limpa e conservada. O Álvaro foi super solícito e organizado, fornecendo todas as informações necessárias. Experiência muito positiva!
O quintal podia ser um pouquinho mais iluminado de noite. Mas nada que tenha atrapalhado a estada.
