Localização excepcional. Imóvel super confortável e bem decorado. Silencioso à noite. Blackout das aberturas funciona bem. A existência de dois banheiros é um diferencial. Voltaria e recomendo.
Fez falta um forno de micro-ondas. Botijão de gás dentro do imóvel compromete a segurança.
