ALMA

The inside decor of the bedrooms was lovely.

It wasn’t easily found, the instructions sent didn’t work, when contacted they couldn’t provide others that would help us find the location. The facilities didn’t work great, washing machine was broken, hob was temperamental. Hot water cut out after 3-5mintues of use. There was marks all over the couch, the counter had burned pot marks, and the bathroom floor was dirty. The building was extremely run down and smelled horrible which didn’t make the stay any better. We planned to stay for 3days 2nights but left after the first night as we had a baby and it wasn’t good enough especially with cooking and cleaning facilities not working properly. We requested all cot for our stay apparently free of charge which was granted then the day before our stay they wanted to charge £20 per night for the cot, that was quickly declined, especially with all the other issues. I’m not usually one to complain but this stay was not like advertised and for the price and rating I’d 100% expect better. The host, wasn’t very helpful until we checked out when they decided they could send someone to check it out or wash our clothes elsewhere, which was useless as I had already told them we checked our hours prior. I wouldn’t say it was worth the money at all, I have requested a partial refund which I am still waiting to hear the decision on. Definitely won’t be returning to this property.
