La ubicación y las amenidades.
- Las camas del segundo cuarto son muy pequeñas.
- la puerta del balcón de la sala no cierra con seguro.
- llovió muy fuerte y se filtró mucha agua por la lámpara del techo de la habitación principal (como una cascada)
- una de las lámparas de buró estaba rota (sin foco)

The location is great, and the beach is amazing. It’s very calm, as most residents are in their golden years. Everything is within walking distance. The beds were super comfortable, and the apartment is very well equipped. And the sunset view is truly a privilege
The glass door from the main room is broken and doesn´t close so around this time it gets cold at night and not much can be done, can´t imagine when the heat is at it´s pick and your AC can´t stay inside.

apartment cleanliness. Sofa, bed covers and some towels had stains or were dirty. Stove pilot was off and was not working nor hot water for almost 24 hours.
