Paldies par lielisko uzņemšanu! Dzīvoklis atrodas pašā pilsētas centrā, kas padarīja visu ērti sasniedzamu. Ļoti patika, ka ēka ir jauna un labiekārtota. Īpašs pluss par apkārtnes infrastruktūru – burtiski blakus ir veikaliņš, kur nopirkt visu nepieciešamo, un tepat aiz stūra var nobaudīt gardas brokastis vai kafiju. Jutos ļoti komfortabli, noteikti paliktu šeit vēlreiz
Tomēr ir dažas lietas, kam būtu jāpievērš uzmanība, lai uzlabotu komfortu: dzīvoklis ir nedaudz nolietojies (redzamas švīkas uz sienām u.tml.), kas rada sajūtu, ka nepieciešams neliels atsvaidzinošs remonts. Tāpat arī nevarējām atvērt balkona durvis no guļamistabas, un balkona apgaismojums diemžēl nestrādāja (lampās bija sakrājies ūdens). Ja šīs tehniskās nepilnības tiktu novērstas, dzīvoklis būtu lieliska izvēle

Prawie wszystko było super :)
Najbardziej nie pasowało nam to że rolety były białe i dosłownie przeźroczyste :) byliśmy z małym dzieckiem , które chodzi wcześniej spać i był to dla nas minus

Apartament godny polecenia. Przestronny, jasny, z widokiem na osiedle, wysoki standard. Miejsce parkingowe widoczne z balkonu. Dzieci zadowolone z ilości kanałów TV... Chętnie tam wrócimy.

- czysto - parking na miejscu
- lokalizacja blisko torowiska i drogi dwupasmowej przez co był ciągły hałas - okna tak nieszczelnie zamontowane że wiało przez nie na stojące obok łóżko ( ktoś już o tym pisał w opinii) - ciemne ręczniki - zużyte i wyeksploatowane materace oraz sofa - regulaminy i ostrzeżenie powyklejane na meblach I drzwiach wejściowych
