C'un endroit magique. ideal pour faire un pause dans ce monde qui va trop vite. Chambre propre. Installation propre. Yoga gratuit. Le site est magique.

Nice sanctuary near Lac Brome. It was nice to make a fire outside with some other guests. Yoga on the platform outside by the river was nice, (although was more like light stretching and meditation than yoga.) I stayed in a private room and it was very comfortable. The shared bath was also clean and in good shape.
They request that you keep in constant contact, notifying your exact time of arrival and updating if things change. Having sent several messages, when I arrived, there was no one there to check me in! Quite inconvenient. Also, parking is very limited. I think there are only four spaces. I would have preferred a more traditional yoga class, like vinyasa.
