Everything: it's new, has everything you need, even small details like rubbish bags hehe, very often they are missing. The location is also very good, just near the pedestrian zones. The host was always responsive

Just to say something because we are traveling with a baby: the floors are really cold even if the AC is on but if you are a normal adult who doesn't crawl you won't notice.

The host is genuinely helpful. Not only did he ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process, but he also went above and beyond to assist with parking arrangements. The apartment boasts an incredibly convenient location, nestled in proximity to both the heart of the city (the old town) and the majestic Danube River. The apartment is equipped with everything you could possibly need, including an espresso machine, a large TV, a well-appointed kitchen, an ironing board, and more... same goes for the bathroom. I do recommend staying here!

The only downside pertains to the building's entrance, yard, and exterior, though it's important to note that these aspects are unrelated to the apartment itself.

Very smooth self check-in & check-out. Great quick communication with host. Great location close to center for a short stay while traveling between Bulgaria & Romania. Ground floor Apt 5-6 steps. Very clean. All facilities are available in the Studio Apartment (note that the bedroom is not separate). Coffee machine with beans ground fresh. We had trouble initially with the coffee machine but eventually figured it out. Several blinking indicators needed to be resolved.

Would be nice to have dark curtains (in addition to the sheer ones). Perhaps also have mosquito net on windows. We had mosquitos inside.
