Luxurious Apartment in Vilnius Old Town by Reside Baltic

The inner yard very beautiful and very calm place to relax in the very heart of city. Medieval, romantic type of design.

The floor drain of the shower cubicle got clogged. However, we got from the owner suggestions how to unclog very fast.

Location is pretty decent and within walking distance to key points of interest. The apartment is small but sufficient for one or two travelers and furnishings were modern and comfortable. Building is secure and there is an elevator.

Was in Vilnius during a heat wave and the Air Conditioner was not functioning. The hosts were able to move me to an alternate location after two nights there once an alternative became available.

Good location at the edge of the old town. Secure behind a gate with a guard in the foyer.

Very noisy deep machinery noise in the wall or ceiling was very irritating day and night disrupting sleep, did not stop for our 4 night stay. Ground floor is actually below ground level with a lowered central courtyard and was a little dark, courtyard views weren't very good and curtains not quite covered the window. Stained bed cover, they apologized but still not good. Poor directions to entrance meant we were stuck in the rain and unable to find the entrance even when a person came to help from that actual building and neither she or we knew that we were in the right place already so we waited wet while she tried to get some assistance for us but no one would come to help from the provider. Parking is via a small car lift with a very awkward access road with poorly parked cars only ok for a smaller car unless you are used to it. Not enough body wash or shampoo for our length of stay meaning we had to ration it. Annoying two single duvet covers on a large bed which came apart in the night, meaning poor sleep. Air cons very hard to use. A frustrating stay and not luxurious. We loved Vilnius but not our apartment. Dissapointed and frustrated.
