Excellent friendly and helpful staff especially Reza in the restaurant and JD and duty manager in lobby

Noisy road racing track nearby
Check in slower than expected even though room requests were given by email beforehand
Not many Asian food options in restaurant menu and quite expensive
Accor room upgrade not available
No grab or gojek hence limited transport options except Mandalika in hotel which was expensive
Only one pool without shade and beach dirty and rocky to walk on uncomfortable

This was easily the best hotel we have stayed at in Indonesia. Staff were extremely friendly and the breakfast and pool were perfect

Beautiful resort with the friendliest of staff. Fantastic all round and lovely and clean! Breakfast and evening meals are out of this world! Rooms are spacious and views are lovely. Also offer third party travel and scooter rentals to help explore more of Lombok! Loved our stay here!
Absolutely fantastic property, but would suggest updating the cocktail menus at the bar, or changing some ingredients. This would really upscale the resort.

Calm, very spacious hotel, great pool
Free shuttle is very helpful
Staff seemed annoyed when ask for service, always had to ask them multiple time
Sometime we would book room service and our plates would stay for days outside of our room
Also food is expensive and lack of quality
Way too much humidity everywhere in the hotel
We couldn’t access the beach at all which they should probably mention
$$$$
