Great stay on a budget downtown

The bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean, the kitchen was full sized with an oven/stove and a microwave.

There was some disturbances on late night ventures with the local homeless population, but they were mostly seeking to get in out of the elements. My vehicle was not touched but I did feel pressured to make certain it was locked between load/unload trips.

Broken furniture. Only sofa in the apartment was broken. We informed the property management as soon as we checked in but there was no action taken from their end. The washroom sink was blocked and leaking. We left a day earlier and moved into a hotel.

Great location close to everything downtown. Comfortable and nice to stay for a quick trip.

Cleanliness could be a little improved in some areas of the apartment but for the most part it was clean. Not a fan of dogs it was a lot of dogs in the apartment.

The kitchen interior was nice

The furniture had stains (couches, pillows, chairs), toilet paper roll was dirty luckily I had another, a couple across from the hall was arguing early morning, and there was a sewage smell in the halls of the building.

Security getting in the building

I stayed a week . Not enough trash bags and toilet paper. The living room couch was not very comfortable and it did not work correctly. It folding into a bed I guess and stayed that way .

Stinky, creepy, uncomfortable but close to campus.

Proximity to campus

The smell, the homeless camp under the bridge, our feet stuck to the floor it was so dirty. The sofa is trashed and the creepy bunny stature in the corner was just the cherry on top.

THERE WAS NOTHING TO LIKE ABOUT THIS DUMP OF A PLACE. THEY ADVERTISE THAT THEY HAVE WI-FI BUT THEY DON'T. IT'S A DRUG INFESTED BUILDING ON THE WORST PART OF TOWN POSSIBLE. I GUESS AFTER I LEFT PEOPLE HAD ACCESS TO MY APARTMENT AFTER I CHECKED OUT AND THEN I COULDN'T PUT THE KEY BACK BECAUSE THE LOCK BOX WASN'T WORKING WELL GOD IT WAS A NIGHTMARE IT WAS A BAD BAD EXPERIENCE I WOULD HIGHLY ADVISE ANYONE NOT TO BOOK AT THIS PLACE.

The sofa was stained and sunken/con caved in the middle. The washroom sink was clogged and thus inoperable and the toilet holder was broken but the metal screw was sticking out of the wall"very unsafe ".

Good location Good space and layout

The entire place had a moist, musty feel and smell. Everything was damp, including under the bed covers. We had to wear shoes inside because our socks got wet from the floors. The couch was broken down and stained, with no functional seat in the middle due to some sort of damage. The bathroom sink was clogged and took our entire stay (3 nights) to drain after my wife washed her hands and brushed her teeth upon arrival. We woke up one morning to a domestic violence scene in the hallway. The garbage funk infiltrates the elevators. The parking lot felt sketchy.

Nice basic apartment in a residential building

It was a sweet little apartment that we enjoyed. It was clean and had everything we needed for the 3 nights. I liked the facilities on the 3rd floor. A nice touch. Wish We stayed longer to peruse the books available in the lounge area. I recommend it!

It was close to downtown, friendly staff, and good security measures in the building.

There were no sheets available for futon, and futon should not be considered as sofa bed. Floors were also a bit sticky.

I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone, deeply disappointing and distress.

I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone. The area and building felt very unsafe—there were people loitering under the bridge next to the property, and police presence was frequent. I didn’t feel safe arriving or leaving the building at night, and I didn't dare to leave or arrive in the building at night. The building and the apartment itself had a strong smell of marijuana throughout. The sofa and bed were broken, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. The bedroom was extremely bright at night due to a broken curtain, and even if it was not broken, it did not block out the street lights. The bathroom had an unpleasant odour, and the toilet became blocked — I was advised to use a plunger, which is unacceptable. I raised all of these issues with the property management multiple times, with no action taken. Before leaving, I asked if an alternative accommodation could be arranged, but received no assistance. I was forced to leave the property well before my scheduled departure date. Despite this, they have refused to refund the unused days. Now I understand why their listing doesn’t offer a cancellation policy — I would advise anyone to be cautious of any booking that does not allow cancellations. My experience has been deeply disappointing. Communication through the Booking.com website has also been frustrating and ineffective. I recently received an email offering a voucher for a future booking worth $352.95. Still, I do not find this acceptable given the circumstances and the distress caused, which I will no longer use, nor recommend, and actually talk about the experience with others.

A disappointing hotel. From the first day I came to it, I found underwear behind the bathroom door and I told them to clean it, and I was not responded to until the next day. I had to go to my friend and sleep with him. The next day I came to the residence. The bathroom was not cleaned and I took the underwear until after calling them several times..... The hotel in general is not safe because the workers in it enter the sink, they are at what time, and you On the last day when I left, I put some of my things in the car. I allowed the cleaning lady to enter so that she wouldn’t be late with her work, and I told her that I would come back to get the box that was left in the room. When I returned, I didn’t find it and they told me that they threw it in the trash… I didn’t find anything, I just lost my things for no convincing reason. They said that because I was late for some time, I didn’t come back to get it. Knowing that they could have put it in the hotel reception.

I didn’t stay because I couldn’t get in. When I arrived NO ONE was at the desk. It was dark …..and when a tenant went in I asked them about the property and they knew nothing of a Sleepover!!!!
