I liked the apartment itself as well as the fitness room/ laundry.
The parking lot was very littered and not maintained. There was a strong smell of THC. The elevator was dirty and there was years worth of debris in the crack/ shaft at the exit of the elevator/ floor level. It was the hottest week of the year and the AC was not working in the front room upon arrival. But I contacted my host and it was fixed within 24 hours.

There was some disturbances on late night ventures with the local homeless population, but they were mostly seeking to get in out of the elements. My vehicle was not touched but I did feel pressured to make certain it was locked between load/unload trips.

Not a nice area. No wifi as apparently there was an issue with it in the building. Bathroom sink blocked.
