As a solo traveler because of my work. I already booked online many hotels, experience differences specially pros & cons of it. Actually this is my 3rd time stayin in this hotel. In my 1st & 2nd time, there's no problem with it. The room is good & complete. However, for the 3rd time that I booked. It's not necessary to experience bad sides of these hotel. 1st red flag experience was when I checked in, I do have request in my booking in Agoda App that I want to have a room in first floor. But NO. They gave me 2nd floor. 2nd Red flag, the room not clean at all. I notice some hairs in the pillow & bed. 3rd Red flag is in my booking online, it says that there's free bottled water, but when I checked in, there's NO bottled water. They have dispensers at the corridor. 4th Red flag, I requested to change my room, they decided to give Room 4, I am from Room 7 in the evening, but however when I came back from work, frontdesk ask me to transfer to Room 2 -- the reason why is because she already reserved it to someone else. What the f!! Then 5th Red Flag, at first Room 2 is a good Room for me. But however, when the rain pours in, the rain pours also inside the room. So I woke up in the late afternoon and ask the front desk again to transfer me to a different room cause there's a flood in Room 2. She ask me to see Room 8, if ever I will like it. What to do!? I dont have a choice right?? By the way, before she asked me. She even advise me to stay in Room 2 even if there's a lot of water on the floor. She actually suggested that she can swipe the floor, but hello, think about it even she will sweep the floor do you think it will not come back. Its raining outside, the whole day. This is not worth my money. This is Reddoorz. Actually I already cancelled this booking cause I need to change the dates, but thats already paid. But Reddoorz says, they will refund the money if and only if I will make a new booking on the updated dates, then they will refund my money from mt old booking. So what's the point in that

it was okay for a reasonable price. TV has better channel and audio is clear. Ac is working fine. I just wished they could fix the shower better since there is barely water coming out.

It was okay. Staff are friendly. Spacious but kinda old design.
