After the problems with finding keys, laundry and electricity the flat was ok.

The flat was spacious, warm, and well equipped including a small oven and microwave and hob. It had a good central location. We found a car park space (free) easily though it was not too busy in the resort. The shower was good. There was ski storage on the ground floor and a lift. The location meant you did not need to go outside to visit the shops and ski pass office. It was near all the amenities. It was also not far to the public bins/recycling but there was no mention of its location in the flat and that you could recycle.

I asked for bedding and were told where to hire ourselves. Unfortunately our flight was delayed arriving at the flat at 10pm and so had no bedding first night as the laundry hire was closed. We were sent the key code the day we were travelling so hadn't received this message. On arrival we didnt know how to get in we thought there'd be a reception desk. This was stressful especially when we rang the local number and the phone number provided in the flat to find the phone number was no longer working. We rang your helpline who only had the same number. Fortunately i used my phone and eventually found the message from the same day about the key code. This code needed to be sent at least the day before. We entered the flat about 10.30pm to find no electricity. Fortunately we used our phones torches and google translate to read the message in french which was 2 metres into the flat hallway. We struggled to turn the electric on. We used a stool next to the electric box to reach it. It broke into many pieces I fell and nearly hurt myself. Fortunately we have pieced the stool back together as it was before. It was stressful. The flat is well equipped but could do with a hairdryer, and for cooking, a plastic measuring jug and a deep chopping knife. Please consider those customers who travel by plane who may arrive late it would ve been good to have the linen at the flat already even if it means adding a cost, along with the electricity on.

Great ski-in ski-out apartment at La Plagne Center

Great location, easy access to ski slopes, underground access to the center, including bakery, groceries , restaurants and much more. The apartment is cozy, larger than I expected and equipped with everything you need including a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen. Large balcony and free parking were a plus. No need for your car as everything is connected and you can even take a free shuttle to Plage Bellecôte and then access to Belle Plagne. We had a great week skiing in the whole Paradiski domain.

Nothing, it was perfect for our family of five.
