Location and cleanliness of the flat.
The swimming pool was closed for cleaning exactly on the days I was there and they didn't tell us in advance. Part of the reason I chose this was for the swimming pool, so that was disappointing.

Asma is a great host. We had a very fluent communication and she was willing to help in everything she could. The apartment is in a quiet and well provided area, not close to the beach but you can get there in 10 min for an aprox 20 dhs (aprox 2€) red taxi ride (but take into account that red taxis take only 3 people). The swimmingpool is quite big and all the people in the building was very kind, including the gate keepers.
