Very clean, good facilities and a great location for exploring the island. Great communication from the hosts. We really loved the place.

The description says that the location of the property is Godshill but the accommodation is actually in Wroxall. We were expecting to be walking distance to a pub. No a massive deal but wasn’t quite what we were expecting.

The actual place was lovely, very quiet and enjoyable, the cottage was reasonably comfortable, with reasonable facilities, the little courtyard is a lovely feature, parking reasonable although you don't need a big car, the location was good as well, definitely needed a car, but that is the same for most of IOS, hosts really pleasant and helpful, the little welcome basket was a nice touch, towels were good quality, overall we enjoyed our stay.

I'm not a lover of spiders, and there were cobwebs everywhere, probably could do with a good paint, and a general good clean (it was not dirty, just dusty, with cobwebs, scuffs on the walls etc.) the shower is a little weedy (used to more powerful types), unfortunately the boiler broke whilst we were their, not something that could have been foreseen....

Beautifully presented property, clean, tidy and had all the amenities required on a short break away. I would highly recommend to friends and family!
