Loved the location (location, location!!!), the view, the beach (clean and clear), hot water. Friendly locals. Our highlight was the encounter with dolphins. The Apartment is well equiped, perfect for an easy get away. Apartment 5 comes with a fair exit clean of NZD$150.
The housekeeping wasn't done under and behind the beds and sofas. Also, the NZD$300 service fees (aka linen hire) per night is a bit excessive.

The view was excellent. It was very quiet and spacious.
Extremely overpriced. Not serviced. Inadequate supplies of tea and coffee. No tissues.
