Huge construction work happening just outside the building starting at 6am and making sleeping challenging.

Very good location. Very close to the train station (we arrived by train from Quebec). Very close to the city's main attractions; we walked everywhere. It is located on a main street lined with designer shops, and is close to restaurants and a supermarket. Well-equipped apartment.
The street was under construction. There was a lot of noise from the equipment and some areas were blocked off. Because it was a busy street, many people would leave Starbucks cups right in front of the building entrance. There were also several air conditioning units from the shops located very close to the window. The apartment door could have been sturdier; the lock felt flimsy. We always double-checked that the door was actually locked whenever we went out.
