After 10min wait we were met with keys and shown to room by friendly host. We were on a high floor with an excellent view and a cool breeze. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.
Photos of room showed kitchen but we were not allowed to cook and there was no gas for stove. Curtains were torn and sofa cushions had collapsed to point my backside was almost touching the floor and it was difficult to get up. The building itself was very shabby and needs some care.
