De rust, de ruimte en het vrij mogen gebruiken van de aanwezige bootjes. En het huis was van alle gemakken voorzien. En de communicatie met de host was ook zeer fijn.

We waren met 5, dus de slaapbank in de kamer werd gebruikt. En in de kamer konden de ramen niet allemaal verduisterd worden. Je had daardoor wel een hele mooie zonsopkomst iedere morgen.

Vu magnifique. Très propre et électroménager neuf. Cuisine pratique avec de nombreux ustensiles. L accès libre au kayak, ping pong ou barque était chouette.

C est un peu juste pour 3 enfants. Notre ainé a choisi de dormir dans le salon. Car la chambre était un peu petite pour 3 lits.

Nice place just on the side of a lake. Doesnt even matter which house will be assigned to you, there will be a 100% lakeview from your living room/kitchen. House was actually more modern/clean and not at all "a bit aged" as I was perhaps expecting. Our family trip was more a fishing trip rather than just laying around and the location is perfect for that. You can easily catch fish just from the shoreside of the lake or take one of the 3 boats they have. We also rented an electric motor with battery and a sonar from the host. As the lake Hinsen is quite big and fish can be sometimes tricky to locate, there are smaller lakes in the area where you can catch some really nice trout. Just make sure to have proper licenses (which are not very expensive). As for shopping, there is a really nice town called Falun about 25-30min drive away and a smaller town Svärdjsö about 20min away where you can get some groceries, pizza, kebab, etc...

I cannot actually say anything negative about the whole experience. We have been in a lot of similar establishments in Finland, Norway, Estonia, Latvia, Poland and other parts of the world and I think this one here scores easily into top 5 if not top 3 :) We do not normally return to places we have visited before but I wouldnt mind to have another stay here...

We had a wonderful stay at Lakeview Houses. The location is perfect – quiet, peaceful, and with beautiful views of the lake. The house was very clean, well-equipped, and comfortable, making us feel at home from the first moment. Everything was thoughtfully prepared for guests, and the atmosphere was relaxing. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, always ready to answer any questions. We would gladly come back and can highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

There was really nothing we didn’t like. Everything met or even exceeded our expectations.
