The place is so quiet

Everything is available, washing machine, oven... etc.
There was an refundable insurance cash amount which it was not mention clearly in booking. 3000 AED for the villas and 2000 AED for the flats. ( it is not a big deal if you know but if you don't know about it, it would be difficult )
Make sure to take pictures for any damaged thing in the place and forward it to their staff at the first day.
Make sure to check the place carefully with the staff before you leave especially the electrical devices, TVs, washing machine... etc. Even if you are sure everything is fine. Show them everything is working and leave.
The place quite far but if you have a car it is not an issue. ( no taxis available )
Small rooms but for me it was ok.
Very small living room.
The stairs are very uncomfortable. If you are old it is very hard to use it.
