L'unica cosa positiva è il parcheggio privato con cancello a chiave e questo è stato ottimo.
L'appartamento purtroppo non è dei migliori in quanto vecchio con arredo vecchio lasciato sicuramente da un anziano e mai rimodernato, il bagno orrendo degli anni 80', il piano cottura a induzione ma senza istruzioni e noi non utilizzandolo a casa abbiamo avuto difficoltà nel cucinare, tapparelle dure e mezze rotte bisognava stare attenti a non tirarle troppo su perchè se no ci rimanevano.
