Everything was clean and there was good WiFi. On 2 of the 3 nights there was hot water.
There’s good airconditioning.
It was far from most locations we wanted to visit. The room has its bare necessities (a bed and a shower) but we missed some basic stuff like hooks to hang up your towel.
Also there is a pool but it was empty. The host said that maybe he could fill it for us, but I don’t think we responded excited enough because it never happened.

Great location, it was close to malls and places to visit and have fun. Also, the swimming pool is really nice.
I think it was missing parking space or a parking lot nearby by.

Literally 1.5 blocks from back entrance to Mall de Sol with large food court. Did not open til 10am, so breakfast came out of a food vendor parked in small trailer on the street. Very nice young man. I sat and had 3 cups of coffee with him. Bed was comfy. Room very clean.
No hot water. I could see electrical wires going to a mechanized shower head. I tried both setting running it for 10 minutes each as instructed. Hot, even warm water never came. Water came out in a trickle, which was ok with me. Just wish it was heated a little. Wish the inside of exit door to street had a handle or even a sign to PULL. I know sounds wierd, but everything about the door visually, said to me push. The door opens inward but there is no handle to pull on. Just the frame. I tried several times to contact via whatsap with no response but eventually got a room during my layover to guayaquil. Too last minute for my taste.
