Great place for a family getaway

Great place for a family getaway, very well organized. Staff at the property are very friendly.

The check in can be a bit overwhelming, a lot of information and actions required beforehand. But don't let that scare you away, you can easily go through it at the desk.

Comfy, cosy cabin with very welcome air con (!) in a quiet location. Just a 10 min drive into Maastricht. Nice little restaurant on site with delightful staff - particularly a charming young man who served us a few nights on the trot. Will definitely go back.

Very nice and cozy stay

The place is very nice, cozy and clean. Our stay was in February and the place was very quite and calm. We were at Palisade 4 and was perfect. Very close to Maastricht.

The challet is well equipped, modern, cozy, very warm even in winter. Easy parking. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Sending the 100 Euro deposit + the bedding fee over a bank account is not convenient, I would have prefered a more simpler payment via bank card.

the units were well equipped

no bar no eating facility’s not told so did not take any food no supermarket after. five pm got there after five so starved the first night no were to get a drink could not get past the barrier because we were late so could not pay the bedding and other costs no pay no entry would not recommend this site??

Nice house. Great location close to Valkenburg and Maastricht.

Nice small new house. Very well decorated which gave it a real sense of a comfy home. Could warm it up very quickly. The ladies at the reception were very kind and helped us getting tickets to the close attractions in Valkenburg.

We went in the winter so could not fully experience the park as many things were closed. The pool for example was closed but we got vouchers to the public pool close by. It was ok, but off course a different experience. Also, the house missed some basics like a hair dryer, which meant that both girls in the house could not wash their hair.

New park

New accomodations. Good location to visit by car or bicycle Maastricht and Valkenburg. Nice view over the farm-fields from the unit. Nice outside swimming fountain for the toddlers. And the airconditioning (while it did not have sufficient capacity for 40C outside) did make it much more comfortable to sleep in warm nights. There is animation for the kids.

It's essentially a fancy trailer park/camping. So the accomodations are with narrow sliding doors and very plasticky. The park is still under construction, so the restaurant was not finished (only a snack bar with very limited stock was available). All the greenery is still small, limited shade from the little trees. Limited hot water available, so you can't shower with multiple people one after another. The on-site supermarket has not a lot of inventory and limited opening hours. Very difficult to add a child bed and chair to the reservation via booking. The children's bed does not normally fit in the bedroom, but if you take out a bed, it does fit. Bad pillows gave me neck pain.

Very nice view. Great surroundings. Nice playground and outdoor sport facilities. Very friendly staff. Anti mosquito nets in front of the windows of bedroom and bathroom/toilet.

The camping side: it is not so nature like like the accomodations. The accomodation: pity that you could only open a door and not a window in the master bedroom.

Exceptional

We stayed at EuroParcs Poort van Maastricht during our Easter holiday. We selected a little cottage and we really liked it. The cottage was nice, modern, and well equipped. We could park our car just near the cottage which was indeed practical and the whole area was indeed pretty. We had everything we needed for our stay. The main reason why we choose to stay here was that it is really great place to start any cycling route.

De ligging is top. We komen hier nu 3 jaar achter elkaar en reizen dan met de bus voor de deur af naar Maastricht en Valkenburg. Gezellig genieten met elkaar voor de Kerstdagen.

Aardig maar kan beter

We verbleven in een Tiny house. Niet heel groot maar van alle gemakken voorzien. Het park is best ruim opgezet. Personeel was super vriendelijk en Maastricht en het Limburgse landschap zijn beiden echt heel vlakbij.

Na boeken op booking.com moet je bovenop die prijs nog apart verplicht een beddengoed pakket afnemen tegen betaling, wat ik niet vermeld heb zien staan. Handdoeken ook betalen of zelf meenemen. Sowieso nogal schraal om nog apart voor het beddengoed te betalen, verreken dat dan gewoon meteen in de prijs. En de prijs-kwaliteit verhouding is al matig, al zat dat ws ook wel met de toeristische omgeving te maken hebben. Huisje heeft een airco maar die zit helemaal vol met stof. De huisjes staan ver uit elkaar, maar onze grensde meteen aan een heg waarachter een camper stond, alle belevenissen van onze achterburen kregen we direct mee .

Locatie is ontzettend mooi, boven op de berg, met uitzicht op Maastricht! De rust op het park is heerlijk. Huisjes hebben allemaal privacy.

Beschikbaarheid fietsen was minder. Receptie beperkt beschikbaar.
