Stunning view lovely balcony with tables and chairs , super clean , lovely beds tv with Netflix YouTube etc in bedroom , bathrooms clean hot showers all clean bedding and towels water in fridge super friendly staff really helpful lovely building all in all love the stay would 100% stay again

Perfect location - walking distance to Bosphoros and to Taksim. Quiet, comfy. Cleaning service every 2 days included. Excellent restaurant 5 min walk.
All good. Just you may be beware that the windows are super big so if you like a lots of privacy you would need to keep the curtains shut. Not a problem for me.

Nice and clean but was expecting the one with the view that I saw in the pics, as i picked the more expensive of the options

Due to our checkin issue, they offered a free room upgrade for a portion of our stay. The staff were polite and helpful throughout.
Checkin at 8am was problematic. The offices are in another building and we were stranded with our luggage for 1.5hrs until they got back into contact with us. We were told we could drop our luggage and checkin later however they failed to mention that we needed to drop the luggage at another nearby location then subsequently didn't pick up the phone for a while.
