Panorama 200 Apartment 6 Upper Hastings Street 70

We specifically wanted a property where we could walk to the beach and restaurants, we ended up having to drive as our two young kids couldn’t do the stairs. Also the property was a bit more dated then we were expecting

Location was great - the 200 steps up / down to Hasting St was alway challenging Great back outdoor area / balcony was good - with fantastic view. Beds were comfortable and plenty of room.

Place felt a little dated - needed some freshening up. Kitchen facilities were tired - plenty of them , but plates / glasses etc were very random - lots of some stuff - not enough of others Didn't provide any garbage bags & kitchen basics - pretty simple stuff would have been great.

Location was great.

It was unclean. The ensuite bathroom was dirty with hair and dust. Rubbish and belongings under the beds. There were a couple of wasps in the main lounge area upstairs and one in the main bedroom downstairs. The main bedroom and other bedrooms were very hot as the air conditioner is only upstairs. The BBQ was dirty. One of the keys was quite hard to use in the lock on the front door, worked sometimes and not others, so we used one key between 6 people. The check-in was late at 4pm. Even though the location was great it wasn't worth the amount of money we paid.
