I really like Toyoko Inn quality, clean, comfy, and amenities. The location is walkable from Morioka station. They provided a room with good view (river side). Stand alone AC in the room is what I really want for Japanese hotel.
Small space of dining area, always crowded in the early morning but, the hotel provided food boxes for grabbing breakfast to the room.
