A casa é grande e confortável. Nada a reclamar.
A piscina é bem pequena. Seria interessante investir mais nessa área.

Sitio em condomínio, terreno grande e limpo, banheiro em todos os quartos, com chuveiro quente e ventilador de teto. Cozinha e sala espaçosas. Área de churrasco completa. A Localização me agradou, 15 a 20 minutos da Serra do Cipó, sendo aproximadamente 5km de estrada de terra, mas sem problemas. Próximo das cachoeiras de São José da Serra.
Piscina poderia ser maior e com aquecedor, poderia ter uma televisão mais nova e a Internet não funciona tão bem. Nenhum destes pontos desabonam o sitio, apenas pontos para serem analisados pelo proprietário

The utensils need renewing . One of the fridges couldn’t be used , due to cleaneness . However the owner explain the difficulties in finding house keeper .
