Highly recommended

The apartment is stunning, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully detailed down to the smallest touches. The place sits on the banks of a beautiful lake and just a few steps away from an impressive, almost private waterfall. The location is excellent, offering easy access to numerous tourist attractions, nature trails, and the town of Oberstaufen. The check-in and check-out process is smooth and convenient. Highly recommended.

Less positive experienced compared to other guests

We really liked the location, a bit tucked away, but very quiet with a direct view on the pond with ducks and mountains. The apartment Hagspiel is modern, super spacious with a beautifully fitted and equipped kitchen. We also liked the personal touch on a table - a handwritten note, and a mini-jar of a strawberry jam.

Unfortunately we did not have the same level of comfort as other previous guests and we have travelled quite a bit during the last 25 years. The bedroom of the apartment Hagspiel is just next to the technical room, we had to move and sleep on the sofa due to the disturbing mechanical sound of the heat pump the whole night on all 3 nights there. The ceiling lamp in the bathroom above the mirror needs to be repaired, it was broken on our stay. We would also recommend to install a shelf in the shower, not sure why there is none in such a big shower. Shower gels and shampoos to be put on the floor tiles? And jacuzzi should have been pre-heated. Or at least to have been asked in advance if we would like to use it on our first day. The water had only 24 degrees and it took good 12 hours to heat it up to 36 degrees.

Eine Unterkunft fürs Auge und für die perfekte Auszeit!

Tolle Unterkunft, sehr chic und trotzdem funktional ausgestattet. Gehobene und ästhetische Einrichtung. Sauna im Bad, Kamin und kostenloses Holz fürs Feuer, Küche mit allem drum und dran, Brötchen Service gibt es Nicht mehr, dafür TK Backwaren und Getränke Kühlschrank im ersten OG. Wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt. Auch vielen Dank für Moni an die tollen Restaurant Empfehlungen. Die digitale gästemappe ist etwas Unpersönlich gestaltet wenn auch sehr breit aufgestellt. Wir haben nach eigene. Empfehlungen gefragt und sind begeistert. Schnelle Antworten, digitaler Check in und Check out sowie Bezahlung top.

Wir haben absolut nichts zu beanstanden und würden sofort wieder buchen. (Chalet Hochgrat).

Perfekt für ein paar Tage zum entspannen, wenn man bewusst weit weg von der Zivilisation sein will.

Wunderbar gelegen und herrlich ruhig! In der Küche grundsätzlich alles vorhanden. Man muss darauf achten, dass ausser Salz und Pfeffer keine anderen Gewürze und Öl/Essig vorghanden sind. Für kleine Personen sind die Teller ohne Hocker nicht zu erreichen, da alles weit oben an der Wand angemachg ist. Küche aber sehr neuwertig inkl. Kochplatte und modernem Abzug. Parkplätze vor den Wohnungen. Sauna sehr schön und super easy zu bedienen.

War alles wie beschrieben. Das einzige was nicht optimal ist, ist die Hellhörigkeit der Wohnung. Rutschende Stühle und schreiende Kinder sind leider sehr gut hörbar.

Mooie omgeving, je kon er makkelijk parkeren Koelkast was erg ruim, fijn breed bed, heerlijke sauna en fijne douche ook was het huisje netjes schoon

Geen licht bij de kookplaat (voor zover wij konden zien) Er was maar een stofzuiger om het huis bezemschoon te krijgen Het inchecken vonden wij een beetje appart omdat je eigenlijk geen contact hebt met de eigenaar hierdoor hoopten wij maar dat alles goed was gegaan maar dit is meer persoonlijke ervaring omdat wij dit niet gewend zijn op deze manier.

Sehr schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Sehr gut ausgestattet und perfekt für eine Familie (3 Personen). Sehr gute Erreichbarkeit des Personals, sehr hilfsbereit. Der Selbst-Check-in war super, auch dass man alles online über die Internetseite/App abwickeln konnte.

Tolle hochwertiges Unterkunft für Familien

Die Unterkunft bietet große, modern ausgestattete Räume und einen tollen Ausblick.

Nur für Familien zu empfehlen, bei uns ging rechts, links oben und unten bereits ab 07:00 der laute Kindertrubel und Gerumpel von Tischen und Stühlen los. Für mich in Ordnung, da ich als Familie da war. Als Pärchen passt es hier allerdings nicht.

Es war alles sauber. Die Einrichtung war wunderschön und der persönliche Gruß in Form von einer handgeschriebenen Karte war einfach toll! Die Allgäu Karte gab es dazu und wir waren begeistert

Der Brötchenservice ist super und sehr zuverlässig :)

Die Umgebung ist zwar sehr ruhig, aber um etwas essen zu gehen muss man immer mit dem Auto fahren. Leider gibt es auch keinen Metzger oder Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön und das Zimmer ser geräumig und sauber. Dennoch denke ich sollte man gerade bei neueren Objekten etwas mehr auf die Dämmung achten. Die Zimmer sind super hellhörig, was den Effekt der Entspannung irgendwie zu nichte macht.

Ausstattung, Einrichtungs- Style, Lage, moderne Ausstattung, Inventar, Parkmöglichkeiten, Gartenanlage ... einfach alles ... das komplette Konzept.

In dem Teilort gab es leider kein Frühstücks- Restaurant. Weiter kann ich mich nicht erinnern was uns hier nicht gefallen hätte können.
