ベッドが思ったより大きくのびのび寝られた
到着時のフロントが愛想がなかった
機械でのチェックインなのは分かっているが、操作に迷った時の対応に距離感を感じた
フロントデスクと機械の位置関係のせいかもしれない
他場所の同じホテルに比べて、温度感が低い感じ、人間味が少し薄い感じの第一印象でした。

目の前にコンビニもあり、ドラッグストアや駅からも近く、非常に便利でした。また無料の朝食は日替わりのメニューで、品数も多く、思った以上に良かったです。
ベッドサイドのテーブルが小さすぎて不便だった。また、タクシーを呼んでくれるように受付に頼んだ所、自分で呼んでくれと番号を教えてくれた。しかしながら、当方は海外から来ているため、スマホの電話が使えないので、代金は払うのでホテルの電話を使えないかとお願いしたが、ダメとの事で、周辺の公衆電話を探し回るハメになった。困っている人への臨機応変な対応が欲しかった。
