IREPALACE Goderdzi

I had an amazing stay at this lovely, family-run hotel for a few days in March. I travelling from Tbilisi and got stuck getting there because the Goderdzi pass was closed over the winter. I didn't realise that the resort was not accessible by car from the east! The hotel owner was incredibly helpful. He came to pick me up in a Snowmobile. It was a really fun ride to get to the hotel. I stayed a few days, went skiing - there was so much snow! Ski hire was really easy in the hotel. The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful, especially Dito the Barman who came skiing with me one day. The room was really large and comfy. The restaurant and breakfast were good. I got back to my car via a Snowplough which the hotel arranged for me.

Only that it was hard to get to, and hard to get back!

Мы были единственными гостями в отеле, т.к это был конец сезона. Для нас приготовили очень вкусный завтрак. Очень внимательные и добрые люди, случилась неприятность во время спуска на горнолыжке, очень благодарны администрации и работникам отеля за предложенную помощь! Спасибо за теплый прием и комфортное проживание!! ჩვენ ვიყავით ერთადერთი სტუმრები სასტუმროში, რადგან სეზონის დასასრული იყო. მიუხედავად ამისა, ჩვენთვის მოამზადეს ძალიან გემრიელი საუზმე. პერსონალი იყო საოცრად ყურადღებიანი და კეთილი. სამწუხაროდ, სათხილამურო ტრასაზე დაშვების დროს მოხდა მცირე ინციდენტი, და გვინდა გამოვხატოთ დიდი მადლიერება სასტუმროს ადმინისტრაციისა და თანამშრომლების მიმართ მათი დახმარებისა და მხარდაჭერისთვის. დიდი მადლობა თბილი მიღებისა და კომფორტული დასვენებისთვის!

Сантехника в ужасном состоянии, душ течёт, туалетный слив барахлит, кран срывает, в одной из спален всю ночь жутко шумел какой-то шланг с водой. Завтрак очень посредственный, детям часто было нечего есть. Кровати - ужас. Матрасы на жесткой поверхности, никак ламелей.
