Location near Mansion House Station, bus stop near St. Paul's Cathedral, and both a small supermarket and Borough Market nearby for good food. Shower was hot and good over the bath. Bedroom was large, plenty of hangers for a months stay. I liked having a kitchen to cook in to save on meals out, a dishwasher and a washing machine and clothes airer. Manager met me at apartment with keys as I was arriving in the evening from Australia with two large heavy suitcases and a back pack and very tired so her offer to help was appreciated. Normally you would have to go to another location to collect the keys then walk to the apartment. The manager was contactable easily via messaging app and calling her or texting her and replied quickly.
No instruction booklets for under floor heating or wall heater, washing machine, dishwasher or microwave. Switch to turn on over bench light was up in cupboard above microwave but advice about location was too high for me to read. Had to ask Manager how to turn on, and also how to turn on exhaust fan over stove as I couldn't see the switch behind the front panel unless I stood on a stool. There was tea, coffee and sugar but no milk. You can buy small long life cartons to keep in fridge. No cleaning cloth to clean benches and stove after cooking. One worn out small sponge for sink. There was no river view as the apartment faces the opposite direction, but the advertisement states there is. The apartment looks down a laneway that rubbish trucks access almost on a daily basis. There is a terrace that looks out over the laneway with no river view but doors were faulty and locked for the whole month I was there. Sofa bed seating has compressed padding so you sink in it and I found it difficult to get up from, but when made up into a bed they put extra padding over it to make it comfortable as a bed. There were only two bread and butter plates so perhaps they don't check crockery after people leave. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was covered in thick dust so I pointed that out to a cleaner who cleaned it for me. No rubbish bin bags, only the degradeable small ones for a benchtop bin for food scraps, and there was no benchtop bin. I kept all the blinds shut as other apartments close by look straight into the loungeroom and bedroom. The blinds were not enough to keep the light from the corridor floor lighting out so an eye mask helps as there's no curtains. One of the two bedside lamps couldn't turn on as there was no power point to plug it into. The manager unplugged the bedroom tv and used that extension cord to plug the beside lamp in and my charging board to charge my phone and watch within reach of the bed.

Very nice location: very close to the Millennium bridge and the Thames Walk. Very comfortable and quiet inside the apartment.
There is not much of a view. The windows are close to other buildings.

Lovely apartment, clean and spacious in a great location. There are numerous underground stations a short walk away. The millenium pedestrian bridge is a couple of minutes walk, and across the river, Borough Market is about ten minutes walk.
Everything was great.

Good location, very central but quiet.
It appears that this is someone's private apartment rather than one that is used for the sole intention of short term rentals. There were no supplies to make a tea or coffee. As it has been noted in other reviews, the mattress was lumpy/needs updating. The lights in the hallway were not working.
