Das Haus war sehr sauber und während unseres Aufenthalts wurde auch der Außenbereich gepflegt. Das Grundstück ist groß und ideal für kleinere Kinder (bis 10 Jahre). Es gibt Sitzmöglichkeiten und Strandkörbe auf der Ferienanlage, sodaß man sich mit anderen Feriengästen zusammensetzen kann.
Der Luxuspreis passt nicht zur Ausstattung. Wir hätten uns folgende Dinge gewünscht: Eine Mikrowelle, ein Radio o.Ä., ein Besen, Handfeger und Kehrschaufel, Wäscheklammern. Schön wären auch ein paar Bücher und Gesellschaftsspiele gewesen. Unserer Erfahrung nach, ist das in den meisten Ferienunterkünften mittlerweile Standard. Fenster konnten zum größten Teil nicht ganz geöffnet werden und es waren nur bei einigen Mückenschutz angebracht. Es war schade, dass wir nicht über die defekte Dusche im Vorfeld informiert wurden und explizit nachfragen mussten.
