L' emplacement et la possibilité de profiter du sauna. L'appartement est fonctionnel et spacieux. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et répond rapidement aux questions.
Quelques pièces de vaisselle sont cassées et fuient. Certaines lampes ne fonctionnent plus.
