Hostel in a good location, good price and super quiet. All simple amenities for a traveler. Special thanks to the staff Debora for their care, attention and professionalism, which transform the atmosphere of the hostel.

-The staff are super nice -The location, very close to Santa Metro Station, lots restaurants and shops, as well as close to Tiete Bus Terminal, which was the reason I booked it -Toilets are kept quite clean -Since we only stayed for one night we were moved to the female dormitory, which was nice -Overall it was good value for money

-Our room was right beside de terrace where people were noisy, although it go on until very late -Bed sheets and pillow case are very thin and made of synthetic fabric, you have to make your own bed. Mattresses are fine but pillows are too old (and dirty)

Very cheap - ideal for budget travellers who literally only need a bed at night.

Bedroom was very cramped, no place to put bags (lockers are about A4 width) so everyone puts bags in their rooms, however we were in a dorm with 8 bunks so the floor space was minimal. No hand soap in the toilets and would be hit or miss whether you were getting toilet paper. Also toilets and showers are in the same cubicle, every time we went to the toilet everything was soaked. Not enough toilets or showers for the number of people in the hostel, often had to sit and wait (only 4 showers and 5 toilets, toilets are in the same cubicle as the showers). Little to no communal space - considering there are lots of people, there is one uncomfortable dining table and a small 2 person sofa in reception. Combined with the fact that there was always someone asleep in the room with the lights off, it meant we wanted to spend as little time at the hostel as possible.
