The swimming pool was not clean and not fresh

The swimming pool does not have heater were the water is too cold and cannot swim although the weather was hot

Clean luxuries and comfort

Pool has no heater where we can’t swim even in the summer time

Big swimming pool, the villa layout is great, the furniture is modern and nice.

We experienced an electrical outage that resulted in the loss of air conditioning and running water. While the outage was not confined to the resort, it affected the entire area, significantly impacting our stay. Regrettably, the villas lacked first aid kits. Consequently, we had to contact the resort’s management and request alcohol swabs. Unfortunately, they were unable to provide us with any right away, as they had to purchase them from the pharmacy after an hour. The outside door doesn’t open unless I fiddle with it from the inside. I don’t know how I opened it from the outside initially, but it does. You must manually open the lock with your fingers. I told the maintenance worker, and he advised me to take it to the upper management.
