House is in a nice and very quiet neighborhood. Close to everything, incl. 5 minutes from the beach. Also very relaxing backyard and nice pool area. Nice living room & kitchen.
Shouldn‘t offer this as a 4 bedroom house. Just adding a 4th bed in a walk-through room doesn‘t work. My daughter slept there but didn‘t get much privacy. Only 2 baths.

I like the communication process of this booking. I felt comfortable of knowing that the staff was making sure that our stay was safe and easy accessible. I appreciate the "warm" hospitality that was given. The villa was very immaculate and fully equipped to meet our EVERY need. This villa was spacious and very quiet but yet a friendly community.
No doubt!! This is definitely a example of the "Spirit of Excellence"!!! We will be back again. Thank you Iverta!!
