Host molto gentile e disponibile a risolvere qualsiasi problema. Ho avuto un disguido con le chiavi di ingresso e in meno di 10 minuti sono arrivati 2 operai che hanno risolto brillantemente il problema.

Mustafà il proprietario è una persona super gentile,professionale e attento sempre a qualsiasi richiesta. Struttura ottima , pulita e dotata di ogni confort a 500 metri a piedi da Naama Bay
Il complesso Riviera Sharm non ha alcun servizio,tranne un piccolo negozio di generi alimentari dove non trovi nulla, meglio andare nel resort accanto a fare la spesa

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura e nel complesso mi sono trovata bene. Ottima la posizione: all’interno del residence c’erano piscina, palestra e supermercato, e appena fuori si trovano tanti ristoranti e un negozio che fa succhi freschi davvero buoni – assolutamente da provare! Un buon punto d’appoggio per chi cerca comfort essenziali e una zona ben servita. Mostafa mi ha dato tanti consigli su spiagge, ristoranti, vita notturna ecc
Gli ambienti erano abbastanza puliti, anche se all’ingresso si percepiva un odore particolare. Tutto comunque in linea con il prezzo pagato.
