The location is great! It is within walking distance to restaurants and colmados. However, even though you can’t access the ocean, there is a beach and a pool and jacuzzi that overlooks the ocean. Also, the ocean front view from the balcony was very nice. The apartment also had a fresh water system installed instead of the normal salt water system and a high tech shower, which is rare to see in apartment rentals.
The elevator wasn’t working which made bringing groceries and suitcases up multiple flights a bit inconvenient.

El apartamento studio es muy bonito, el propietario muy amable y el personal que atiende el complejo también muy amable.
El edificio (el complejo) donde se encuentra el apartamento está en mal estado. El elevador no funciona. Le falta mantenimiento. No tiene salida directa a la playa.

I went on Easter weekend, it is a date that lends itself to crowds of people in tourist areas, but here everything was calm, accessible, and without problems. It is an excellent place to rest and get away from the noise of the city
