We stayed at this property for 3 days with our 5-year-old daughter and had a really lovely experience. From the moment she walked in, she was so excited to see all the toys available—there was such a great variety that she stayed happily occupied, which made things much easier for us. We usually cook our own meals, so a well-equipped kitchen is important to us. This one had everything we needed for both breakfast and dinner, including a good selection of pots and pans. The beds were comfortable, and the blackout blinds made a big difference—we all slept really well after long days out. There were also plenty of extra blankets, which was helpful with the changing temperatures. Having an extra room set up as an office was a big bonus and something we really appreciated. The showers were good and the heating worked well. The only small downside was the lack of a shower curtain—when you have a young child, it’s hard to avoid splashing water everywhere. That said, it wouldn’t really be an issue for adults-only stays. Towels were provided in good quantity. The owner was very helpful and shared useful information about the local area, which we appreciated. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely consider staying here again if we return to the area.

Small miscommunication regarding how to get out of the Car park after dropping the keys while vacating the property.. but that was resolved by the owner quickly.

The hosts met us at the property, despite it being pretty late when we arrived. They were very friendly and helpful and the house is lovely, with excellent secure parking and a local shop and pizzeria.

The beds were a bit too firm for our liking, but that's common in Italy and others may very well like them that firm. Otherwise everything was perfect and if I return to the area I shall stay here again.

Wir haben diese gemietet, weil sie eine strategisch günstige Lage für uns hatte. 30 Minuten bis zum Zentrum von Neapel, dennoch raus aus dem Trubel, 10 Minuten bis zum Strand, viele interessante kulturelle Stätten in der Umgebung, Einkauf und vieles mehr. Des Weiteren bietet diese Wohnung einen abgeschlossenen Parkplatz und einen schönen Balkon mit Meeresblick. Empfang, Betreuung Die Gastgeberin empfing uns wie gute Freunde. Wir haben gemeinsam die Wohnung angesehen und bekamen wertvolle Informationen über Infrastruktur und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Während des gesamten Aufenthaltes, war sie für uns eine freundliche Ansprechpartnerin, in vielen Belangen. Hier noch einmal unseren Dank. Die Wohnung Die Wohnung ist modern, sauber, gut ausgestattet. Auf den Fotos konnte es gar nicht so vermittelt werden. In der Küche hat uns, für diese Zeit, nichts gefehlt, vielleicht ein Wasserkocher ;-). Selbst die Waschmaschine könnte vom Gast genutzt werden. Für die Wäsche gibt es einen extra Balkon. Die Badezimmer sind modern eingerichtet. Verfügen über eine erdebene Dusche im einen und einer Badewanne im anderen Badezimmer. Im Wohnzimmer ist eine elektrische Funktionscouch für 2 Personen. Das war für uns vollkommen ausreichend. Die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer sind etwas dünn und hart. Im Kinderzimmer sind die Betten sehr bequem. Die Lage Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Wohngebiet. Somit sind normale Geräusche zu vernehmen. Die Autowerkstatt Visasvis stört nur mäßig. Nachts ist es schön ruhig. Mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Es ist sinnvoll, mit einem Mietwagen zu kommen. Wir haben den Bahnhof Solfatara genutzt, um nach Neapel rein zu fahren. Pompeji ließ sich gut mit dem Auto anfahren. Verschiedene Strände sind in 10-20 Autominuten erreichbar.

Zur Perfektion empfehle ich die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer zu verbessern. Mein Mann empfand diese jedoch als ausreichend.
